Sujata Mahant, hailing from Sundargarh, Odisha, comes from a modest family background. After completing her 12th grade, Sujata recognized the financial challenges her family faced and decided to take proactive steps to support them.
Sujata enrolled in the Field Smartphone Assembly Technician Course offered by the Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) at Niam Sundargarh. The program provided her with hands-on training, covering various aspects of smartphone assembly, troubleshooting, and repair. 
She quickly secured a job at Tata Electronics Private Limited, Bengaluru just after finishing her training. This job not only provided her with financial stability but also boosted her confidence and opened up new opportunities for career growth. Sujata aims to further enhance her skills and knowledge in the field of mobile technology. She plans to pursue advanced courses and certifications to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
